Project # 1. http://www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/Dragomir.html Many traffic courts prosecute and hold trials with no prosecutor. The clerk files the ticket at the request of the police. This is not right!

Project # 3. Ron Fox project: www.lawyerdude.8k.com/ronfox.html Getting justice for Ron Fox. Ron served 90 days and then they let him our but only if he pleaded guilty and now they have accused him of failing to register. His Michigan appointed lawyers sold him down the tubes. Then they did this a year later and held him for another 90 days. Then they raided his house the next year in January 2006 but we got him out of jail after only 12 days this time. Project # 4. Ray filed his case in federal court! This is the Equal Law Library Access Project. Leader of this project is Raymond Zahler from Washington state. Law library access for non lawyers in Yakima. Project # 5. Theophilos Deligiannis project. Theo has won many cases in state court. See for example: http://www.fu.gq.nu/theodem.html Here is his federal complaint: http://www.fu.gq.nu/theo.html Theophilos encountered a cop who wrote him a ticket. Theo asserted his right to remain silent. The cop took Theo’s car keys but brought them back after Theo called 911. Theo had the presence of mind to telephone me while this was happening. I heard the angry cop on my telephone because Theo had the cell phone on during the conversation. I published a play by play description on my Yahoo group here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lawyerdude_is_back/message/933 That was on March 24, 2004 at 1:41 pm. We will file a Section 1983 complaint against the cop who took his car keys to personally punish Theo after Theo politely declined to waive his right to remain silent. The underlying traffic stop went away because there was no stop sign. The cop came to court. Theo won his trial there. The cop said Theo ran a stop sign. Theo testified that there was no stop sign. Project # 9. Catherine’s project to get some spousal support in a marriage of long duration - and to fix the defamation that a lying lawyer inserted into the record. Friday, May 7, 2004: Progress!! The lying lawyer on the other side resigned within hours of our taping our demands on his door! Catherine succeeded in getting her child switched to better and free school! Catherine moved to Las Vegas and I lost touch with her.
Project # 10. Right to work Project. Vindication against the people who gave a guy a job and then fired him before starting - after reading his credit report. No progress. I forget who that guy is. Who is that guy?_________
Project # 11. www.lawyerdude.8k.com/jackie.html Getting discovery in Jackie's drug case. We were thwarted in filing our 1054 motion. We appealed. Clerk would not accept our notice of appeal. Clerk called the court of appeal. After a year Jackie just wanted this case over. She could easily have won. She found a new lawyer. He pleaded guilty for her. She is in jail now. How said. How stupid.
