Oppression by Denial of Transcript

In retrospect I see that my own private litigation would have turned out better had I been given the transcripts that I demanded. In more recent months I have seen many clients with transcript denials. The problem is most stubborn in the sparsely populated states. Most of these states copy their statutes from Texas or other oppressive states. Here is the list of folks who have suffered oppression by transcript. I try to link to their case where possible.

1. Jennifer Simmer in Tempe, Arizona. Suffered an unjustified eviction. She was fully paid up to date. The high school graduate pretending to be a judge sent the jury home. We wondered why he kept disappearing at critical decisions. Turns out he is not a lawyer. He was calling a lawyer to tell him how to do his job. It has been over a year and still no transcript in this case.

2. Russell Magarity in Wilson, Wyoming. Their rule 12 specifically says that the pre trial shall be reporter. The ignored the rule in his traffic radar case on route 80 in Rawlins - a day away from his home. See our demand in that case here: is www.lawyerdude.8k.com/5842.html
