2. On 7 August 2001 having finally received a handwritten version from the Illinois Supreme Court, I added my 19 July 1999 Petition #3507 http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/3507.html to the Illinois Supreme Court. This supplemented my

Well, they passed it to the prosecution thereby intruding into the defense camp - but it was approved by Judge Chris Ryan.
6. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/3476.html Supplement 3476 to Federal complaint in Chicago court in 1999 regarding intrusion into defense camp. This is not finished yet.
7. http://www.lawyerdude.8k.com/5023.html In 1993 I realized that my appointed lawyer was only handling 2 issues. I asked the court of appeal in petition 5023 to permit me to brief the remaining issues. Then I submitted a tentative brief . . . and a replacement brief . .. and on 23 December 1993 they ruled in my favor and overturned my conviction. After I sued The California Supreme Court, they stepped in and reinstated the decision. They should have recused themselves.
8. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/3789.html is my best and most important brief. It is my opinion that bar licensing is the modern day equivalent of licensing printing presses. It is clear from practice today that anybody can write a brief for another person, and bar rule 1-311 is final bar acquiescence of our right to write. We have an unabridgeable right to speak also. This brief is the follow up to 3596 (which I wrote in jail) and summarizes the cases and authority for our right to speak. Brief #3789 - Free speech for lawyers.
9. Here is part #1 of 3 my supplemental brief #4238 about licensing of speech. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/4238A.html These 3 links to 4238 need repair. The page is unrefined but contains some good information. Here is part #2 of 3 of brief #4238 regarding licensing of printing presses and lawyers. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/4238B.html Finally, here is part #3 of 3 of brief #4238 http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/4238C.html regarding licensing of printing presses and lawyers. California Lawyer Lew Warden challenged MCLE rules. If you simply want to see Lew Warden's case click here. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/lew.html
10. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/1172.html In 1993 Glen Kitzman, an employee of the Bureau of Investigation of the Ventura District Attorney office, led a raid on my law office. Soon he realized that he was wrong. He nonetheless kept me in jail for 6 days and kept my computers, cash, check, files, client work product, laser printer, and office equipment for over a year. Here is the brief #1172 that I wrote protesting the seizure of my stuff and the keeping of it after he knew that there had been no crime committed.
11. http://usinfo.state.gov/usa/infousa/facts/democrac/9.htm Marbury v Madison says that a void act is void from the beginning.
12. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/1875bar.html Here is the federal complaint against the state bar and California Supreme Court. In about 1995 the California Supreme Court rubber stamped the bar's outrageous act of suspending my license indefinitely for having attempted to challenge some minor traffic tickets and for having eaten LSD which is not a crime in California. I contend that this action was retaliation for my client's having sued the state bar and the supreme court in the previous year.
13. http://www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/3596.html Brief #3596 Here is the motion that I wrote to dismiss the case against me for writing petition #2871. We have a 1st amendment right of association, council, petition, speech and press. Judge Clark ruled against me on this motion, and in the end, a jury acquittal is more final than a dismissal by a judge. As I recall, Judge Clark signed one of the arrest warrants, so I would not expect him to later decide that he was mistaken in the first place, but on the other hand, the police did not tell him about the exculpatory tape recording when they sought the warrant.
14. http://www.circuitlawyer.8m.com/2871.html This is the smoking gun. This is the reason that the FBI arrested me - for writing this petition #2871. Smoking gun brief #2871. This is the petition that was a felony according the Ventura prosecutors Eric Bond and his investigator Glen Kitzman. They prosecuted because a former deputy district attorney now a judge (Vince O'Neill) saw my brief when Melvin Looser's (Melvin was an indigent disabled Veteran who could not pay a $104 traffic ticket and faced jail) case went to the court of appeal -which for traffic cases is just the same judges sitting in a different room. They recognized my name and likely were angered that I criticized their crooked rigged court - where they deny counsel to indigents and then attempt to imprison a lawyer who volunteers to help.
15. As soon as I was put in jail in Illinois on May 14, 1999, I began writing a petition for writ of habeas corpus. I thought that I need merely remind the court that I have immunity under the 1st and 14th amendments from enforcement of any law that abridges my right to petition via petition #2871 for which I was being prosecuted.
16. The jailers in Illinois refused to give my petition to the court; they gave it to my worthless public defender Dan Bute who sat on it and did not even tell me that he had it. Some weeks later I met with this fool and saw it in his stack of papers.
17. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/3433.html I did several other writs of habeas corpus and then I sent one petition for habeas corpus #3433 to the Illinois Supreme court. I have not yet finished transcribing it. It was about 43 pages long plus 20 pages of exhibits. I received no reply from the Illinois Supreme Court. They may have sent something but I was shipped off to California on approximately 27th July 1999. Although I keep a meticulous diary, I think that I mailed it to myself and then my angry brother Greg and his wife took my mail and other possession from my house. Now they refuse to give me some of my stuff.
18. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/3435illi.html While I was in jail I asked the United State District Court in Chicago for relief. I don't know what happened with this complaint. If anybody knows what happened, I would be grateful if you would email me. I inserted this complaint into the current complain 4055.
19. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/4055v3.html 4055v3.html Here is the 2nd amended version of my Los Angeles federal court complaint. I served version #2 on approximately 10 defendants. I need to serve this one. Actually I need to drastically improve this one and serve it - or persuade them to download it. I lodged this with the court on 14 June 2001.
20. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/2557.html On November 8, 1994 Officer Dawson from my LSD raid was the backup officer on a traffic stop for not having an up to date registration on my car. The stopping officer would have simply written a ticket. Dawson (who arrested me at least 3 times during LSD week) insisted that I be arrested and my car towed. I never saw my blue Dodge Colt again. See brief 2557 for the class action that I filed on 6 May 1996 after my next car got taken by the police illegally within a year of the prior car seizure.
21. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/392.html Coram Nobis and Coram Vobis are important concepts. In February 1993 or thereabouts I attempted to withdraw a no contest plea after my appointed counsel revealed reluctantly that he was being paid by the judge's daughter. Here is my petition/ brief #392 for Writ of Error Coram Nobis (or was it Vobis?)
22. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/magnacharta.html Magna Charta. Here is the Magna Charta. If you try to find "jury of his peers" in the constitution, it is not there. This concept comes from the Magna Charta. Local judges and prosecutors snicker when I use the Magna Charta as authority but when our forefathers founded this country they brought with them all of our English rights - including the Magna Charta signed in 1215 in a field at Runnymede at the point of a sword.
23. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/snorri.html Snorri. My friend Wayne Bevan says that our law was taken in part from the oral history related by Snorri. By comparison, Lex (not Law) was invented by Romans and other greedy imperialist conquerors for the purpose of controlling the masses. There is today a dynamic tension in our society between Corporate Ficta (and their stooge judges) versus lovers of liberty. If anybody can shed some light on this I would be grateful.
24. http://www.lawyerdude.8m.com/ming.html the case of Attorney Ming. This is a case from 1972 that says that a federal court cannot suspend a bar license without a hearing. In 1993 Izabell Katapodis, a clerk in the federal court told me that the court automatically suspended the federal license of people whose state license was suspended. I went to the head clerk, Leonard Brosnan, and he said that he would check with the Chief Judge, then Manuel Real (who later attempted to punish Lawyer Yagman for his criticism of federal judge Real). I called Brosnan back and he said that indeed he talked to Real who said that my license was still good. I have a copy of that letter. I must post it somewhere.
